Welcome to our site! 

Located on the Seacoast area of New England, School of The Lion's Gate is a martial-arts school, focused on Health and Wellness.  It is our joy to help others increase their quality of life and wellbeing through exercise!

We offer Kung Fu, Karate, Tai Chi, Medical Qi Gong, Martial Fitness, Iron Body, Iron Palm, and Special Chinese Strengthening classes*.  Classes are for anyone ages 14 and up.

Everyone's life has changed since Covid. The way people do business has also changed. ALL of our classes are taught Online over Zoom as well as In Person. We hold Weekly In-Person classes at various Community Centers in MA and NH.
