Introducing our online weekly Beginners Tai Chi class.


In this course you will begin to learn the basic movements and principles of Tai Chi, followed by the form.  This class can also be done seated!  Best of all is that you can learn it from the comfort of your home.  The beginner's Tai Chi is 10 weeks long.  From there you may register for our intermediate Tai Chi course or do another round of the Beginner's class. This form can be done seated or standing.  All are welcome and no experience is neccessary!
