It is an ancient fighting art created for self-defense and self-preservation. Each class consists of the following:

1) Stretching and warm-ups

2) Stance training

3) Blocks, punches, kicks

4) Form training

5) Cool-down and Q&A

Some of the benefits of training our kung fu is that you will not only train your body to become healthier and stronger, but you can incorporate principles to improve your everyday life, improve your self-esteem, and lose weight!

This class is appropriate for anyone 14-adult and is in good health.

Class is 1hr long.
